The harvest season is near and it’s the perfect time to learn how to ferment autumn’s vegetables! Join Trevor Ring, founder of Community Cultures, in this introductory fermentation workshop to learn about the power of using microbes to harness creativity and flavor. The focus of this workshop will be on sauerkraut and brined vegetables–participants will walk away with 2 jars to ferment at home.
