Corporate Sponsorship
Grow Pittsburgh’s work would be impossible without the community organizations and companies that support our work. We offer sponsorship options at a variety of levels, all supporting food access and garden education across our community.
Sponsorship entitles your company to staff and marketing benefits which may include the following:
- Private group tours or volunteer days at one of our urban farm sites
- Recognition on Grow Pittsburgh’s website, e-newsletter, and social media
- Tickets to Grow Pittsburgh events
- Private workshops for your staff
Educational Improvement
Tax Credit
Grow Pittsburgh is recognized by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development as an Educational Improvement Organization. This designation allows companies to make contributions to Grow Pittsburgh’s School Garden Program through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
A high percentage of an EITC donation may be used as a direct tax credit for state business taxes.
All EITC funds support Grow Pittsburgh’s School Gardens program. The program currently supports 64 school gardens (over 47,000 students!) across Allegheny County.
