Volunteers at Braddock Farms perform a variety of tasks depending on the season. Braddock Farms can accept up to 12 volunteers at a time. The third Saturday of every month is a Monthly Volunteer Project work day. To schedule a workday on another day, contact Robert Grey, Farm Education and Outreach Coordinator, at email@example.com.
Grow Pittsburgh has opportunities for corporate and university partners. Groups of 12 or fewer are welcome to sign up for the Monthly Volunteer Project. For additional group volunteer opportunities, email Development Manager Christina Bard at firstname.lastname@example.org with the group size, preferred dates and Grow Pittsburgh site.
Community gardens need the support of individuals living in the communities where they are located. Work days are generally on Saturdays in April, May, and October. For more information about community garden needs near you, contact Community Garden Manager Rayden Sorock at email@example.com.
