Page Street Garden
Page Street Garden is a retreat on Page St, an urban garden that is both a living classroom and a community living room where all community members can explore nature, rest, mindfulness, and learn about gardening and plants from around the world, combatting food apartheid, and personal wellness.
Through hands-on gardening, we empower young learners students with life skills, enhance their understanding of life cycles, nutrition, and preventive care, and foster mental well-being through mindfulness practices in a nurturing green space.

Living Classroom
School: real-world application of life skills taught for children and youth with mental, physical, and emotional/behavioral disabilities. The garden provides a place to engage students through gardening about life cycles, and diets, using nutrition as preventive care, and serves as a nature/green space for mental health, and mindfulness.
