Hazelwood Community Garden

The Hazelwood Urban Agriculture Team is a subcommittee of the HI Planning Committee. We are dedicated to promoting and supporting sustainable food sovereignty and food security initiatives in our community. Our primary project is the Community Garden located at 159 Minden Street where we are offering bed-allotments for residents and neighbors.
