H3ART Farms is an urban farm that reconnects people with rare and heirloom produce cultivars by providing access to delicious, new, unique, fresh, nutritious produce as well as value-added, food safe, and shelf stable items crafted with ingredients we grow locally.
OUR MISSION:
- Urban farm reconnecting people with rare and heirloom cultivars.
- Bringing food into underserved areas and designated food deserts or HFPAs.
- Donating to local food pantries to mitigate food scarcity.
- Food education, nutrition awareness and outreach.
- Remediation to bring the land back to its agricultural heritage.
