Most of our produce is sold through farm stands in the neighborhoods where our farm stands are located: Braddock and Homewood/North Point Breeze. We sell additional produce through Penn’s Corner Farm Alliance, and directly to The Cafe at the Frick.
All of our farm stands seek to serve the communities surrounding our farm sites. We accept Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program checks, EBT/SNAP payments, and Food Bucks. Produce is priced affordably or on a sliding scale.
Grow Pittsburgh operates two independent farm stands:
Braddock Farm Stand
Intersection of Braddock Ave. and 6th St.
Saturdays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
June – October
Shiloh Farm Stand
Intersection of Thomas Blvd. and Homewood Ave.
Thursdays, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (or until we sell out…follow us on social media for immediate notifications of early closures)
June – October
Penn's Corner Farm Alliance
Grow Pittsburgh is a farmer member of Penn’s Corner Farm Alliance, a farmer-run cooperative that sells locally grown produce in the city. Working with PCFA offers many benefits, including reaching a large number of restaurants and individual customers, delivering our produce to only one pick-up location, and partnering with rural Western PA farmers. If you are a restaurant interested in purchasing our produce, please contact Penn’s Corner for information on their deliveries at 412-363-1971.
Cafe at The Frick
The Frick Pittsburgh, located in Point Breeze, hosts the historic glass greenhouse and kitchen garden that we grow food in for our annual seedling sale and for transplanting on our farm sites. Chef Seth Bailey selects a portion of this produce to supply The Cafe at the Frick. Stop by to explore the greenhouse and gardens, then enjoy a tasty meal at the cafe!
