We are a volunteer-run community farm located in Polish Hill. All produce is given to and distributed by the Jubilee food pantry, or offered on site to those who need it. We are committed to working towards social justice and food sovereignty for all communities. We are located in West Penn Park, at the corner of Brerton St and 30th St in Polish Hill. Come and visit!
