Community Garden, also known as an allotment garden, where people rent or adopt individual beds to grow crops.

We allot beds or growing space to individuals for $5.00 per season.

Anyone can join our project, but Fineview residents are given first preference to reserve a bed. Volunteers are needed to help with education of new gardeners, help with obtaining funding.

Established 2010

Project Partners: Fineview Citizen Council
Our growing space operates 7 days a week, dawn to dusk, open all year.

Our produce is available to our volunteers.

We grow in 13 beds one of which is permently planted with strawberries for gardeners enjoyment. Some beds are 4×12, others are 4×10, and others 4×8. There is a pear and an apple tree. 3 rain barrels to provide water. A compost bin and a shed. We also have a picnic table. The entire garden area is fenced to keep out deer.
