Braddock Farms
Braddock Farms

Volunteers at Braddock Farms perform a variety of tasks depending on the season. Braddock Farms can accept up to 12 volunteers at a time. The third Saturday of every month is a Monthly Volunteer Project work day. To schedule a workday on another day, contact Robert Grey, Farm Education and Outreach Coordinator, at robert@growpittsburgh.org.

Corporate Sponsor Opportunities
Corporate Groups

Grow Pittsburgh has opportunities for corporate and university partners. Groups of 12 or fewer are welcome to sign up for the Monthly Volunteer Project. For additional group volunteer opportunities, email Development Manager Christina Bard at christina@growpittsburgh.org with the group size, preferred dates and Grow Pittsburgh site.

Community Gardens

Community gardens need the support of individuals living in the communities where they are located. Work days are generally on Saturdays in April, May, and October. For more information about community garden needs near you, contact Community Garden Manager Rayden Sorock at rayden@growpittsburgh.org.

school gardens
School Garden Program

Volunteers will be needed starting in June to help maintain school gardens throughout the summer. For school specific volunteer jobs including assisting with lessons, contact School Garden Coordinator Eva Barinas at eva@growpittsburgh.org.
